Parents with children entering nursery school have arrived at an
important milestone in their child's development. Social, developmental,
and physical growth are occurring at a tremendous rate during these key
formative pre-school years. Trying new things, making friends, and
exploring possibilities are all important parts of a pre-schooler's
development.

Northwood Nursery School, which
was started as as an outreach program of Faith Church, is a
continually evolving program geared to ensure the safety and
success of each of its children. Intellectual, physical,and
emotional development are stressed, but are also balanced with
the need to consider each child's happiness and need for
self-expression. The staff at Northwood works closely with
parents to complement and supplement the nurture and
encouragement the children receive at home. |
